Snicker Doodle with Caramel Bits and Pecans

Momma took her popular Snickerdoodle already loaded with cinnamon and sugar and added caramel pieces and pecans for an overload of flavor. It has cinnamon swirled inside the cookie and the outside is covered in more cinnamon. Combined with the several types of sugar it is pure comfort. Remember as a child making cinnamon toast?  This takes you back and who knows, maybe it will bring out the kid in you!
